Getting to the point , I do have a job , not many hours, I divorced in Dec 2011, Till this point I have been living in my x husbands home with him, but now I can move into my home, I do have custody of our son he is 9 ,I own the home i am moving too but I cant come up with the 500.00 it takes for the Electric deposit, I have tried everything , my home is not far from my x so our son is not being a pawn, he is a good dad but I done think we will be civil if we have to stay under the same roof please if anyone can help us it is very much appreciated

Well I am new to this site and not really sure how it works but I am sure I will figure it out soon.

This is the beginning of whats going to be a long, very dramatic, stressful and draining battle but I have been given no other choice. After 9 years I have finally had eNough. I am in a horrible abusive relationship that is just getting worse and is now effecting my son. I cannot continue to allow my child to live like this so I am doing what I need to do to get him into a healthy environment where he can just be a kid and not worry about things that he shouldnt even know about. I have no money or family to help me get away from this situation (which is also why I have stayed for so long) but I am hoping that this site will guide me to available resources or options that I may have and do not know about. Maybe someone that has gone through a similar situation is able to give me some insight and or hope that I made the right decision and that things will get better.
